Truth-in-Government Act of 2027

Truth-in-Government Act of 2027

The Truth in Government Act is a proposed bill that holds elected officials to a higher standard of honesty by outlawing the intentional public deception of constituents. Modeled after perjury laws, it creates legal accountability for knowingly spreading false information while acting in an official capacity. The legislation aims to restore public trust, protect democratic institutions, and ensure that those in power are truthful when communicating with the American people.

Fair Housing & Anti-Monopoly Homeownership Act

Fair Housing & Anti-Monopoly Homeownership Act

Fair Housing & Anti-Monopoly Homeownership Act

The Fair Housing & Anti-Monopoly Homeownership Act is designed to restore fairness and competition in the American housing market by limiting large-scale corporate ownership of single-family homes.

Over the past decade, major corporations and investment funds have increasingly purchased large numbers of single-family homes, often outbidding families, driving up home prices, and inflating rents. This consolidation of housing stock has reduced access to homeownership, destabilized neighborhoods, and allowed market manipulation that harms consumers.

This legislation treats large-scale corporate home acquisition as an antitrust issue, recognizing that housing is not merely an investment asset but a foundational necessity for families and communities.

Congressional Anti-Stock Trading Act

Fair Housing & Anti-Monopoly Homeownership Act

Congressional Anti-Stock Trading Act

The Anti-Stock Trading Act prohibits members of Congress from trading individual stocks while in office. It seeks to eliminate conflicts of interest and insider trading concerns by requiring blind trusts or divestment. The bill is rooted in the belief that lawmakers should serve the public without profiting from privileged information or policy influence.

Campaign Finance Reform Act

Fair Housing & Anti-Monopoly Homeownership Act

Congressional Anti-Stock Trading Act

The Campaign Finance Reform Act is a legislative initiative to overturn the Citizens United decision and ban untraceable, large-scale institutional money from influencing elections. The bill enforces contribution caps, increases transparency, and empowers small donors, aiming to give everyday Americans a stronger voice while limiting corporate and PAC domination in political campaigns.

Expedited Work Permits for all guest workers

Expedited Work Permits for all guest workers

Expedited Work Permits for all guest workers

Implements documentation and income tax withholding for currently undocumented immigrants working in the U.S. Rather than mass deportation, it treats undocumented labor as taxable work, channeling funds into public safety, healthcare, and education.  This act creates a pool of money, directly from immigrant laborers, to repay the Treasury for government and healthcare services and costs to the American taxpayer. This preserves our vital healthcare and social services, and creates a compassionate response to undocumented immigration rather than heavy-handed or violent action from government officials.  Implements biometric identification and comprehensive background checks for all applicants. No violent criminals.

FAA Medical Reform Bill

Expedited Work Permits for all guest workers

Expedited Work Permits for all guest workers

The FAA Medical Reform Bill, nicknamed the Keep 'Em Flying Bill, addresses burdensome medical certification rules that unfairly ground thousands of pilots. It streamlines the process for aviators to retain flying privileges, reduces unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles, and reinforces general aviation as a national asset for emergency response, training, and economic vitality.

Judicial Enforcement Authority Act

Expedited Work Permits for all guest workers

Insurance Oversight & Accountability Act

The Judicial Enforcement Authority Act establishes a small but robust police force within the judicial branch tasked with enforcing federal court orders. This new authority ensures that federal rulings—especially those that uphold constitutional rights—are not ignored or delayed due to political resistance. It reinforces the judiciary’s independence and operational strength in the face of noncompliance.

Insurance Oversight & Accountability Act

The North American Reshoring and Economic Partnership Act (NAREPA)

Insurance Oversight & Accountability Act

The Insurance Oversight & Accountability Act creates an independent investigative and oversight body funded by discretionary fines levied on insurers who violate claims-handling laws or engage in deceptive practices. Rather than automatic penalties, this body evaluates egregious conduct and imposes fines accordingly, directing funds toward consumer protection and regulatory enforcement.

The North American Reshoring and Economic Partnership Act (NAREPA)

NAREPA establishes a bold trilateral initiative to reshape the economic future of the United States, Mexico, and Canada through infrastructure investment, trade modernization, labor mobility, and supply chain realignment.

At its core, the Act aims to reclaim critical manufacturing capacity from China and Asia by creating a resilient and integrated North American production ecosystem. Under this framework, Mexico will serve as a high-efficiency hub for components and low-cost manufacturing, supported by formal educational partnerships between Mexican institutions and American businesses. These partnerships will provide workforce development, technical certification pipelines, and skills-based training aligned with U.S. industry needs.

Final assembly, high-value production, and innovation will be centralized in the United States, strengthening American manufacturing, rebuilding the middle class, and revitalizing economically distressed regions. Canada will play a key role in securing raw materials, advancing clean technology, and facilitating logistics and research collaboration.

To enable fluid cooperation, the bill establishes a North American Mobility Program granting work permits to eligible Mexican citizens, allowing them to work legally in the U.S., pay taxes, and travel freely across the border. A reciprocal system will enable Canadian and American workers to move more freely for cross-border employment opportunities. These permits will be managed through biometric systems to ensure security and compliance while expanding legal workforce availability for U.S. employers.

Food Security & Preparedness Act

The North American Reshoring and Economic Partnership Act (NAREPA)

The North American Reshoring and Economic Partnership Act (NAREPA)

The Food Security & Civil Preparedness Act mandates collaboration between federal agencies and private-sector grocery suppliers to ensure stable access to food during emergencies or unrest. It creates contingency supply protocols, strengthens local production partnerships, and prepares the national food infrastructure for disruptions, enhancing resilience at both the local and federal level.

Less talk, more action!

I'm tired of unprincipled and unprepared political puppets going to Washington to do the bidding of special interest groups. I'm creating and proposing new, NEEDED legislation to both restore normalcy in our Federal Government, and benefit the American people!
